Regulations concerning enrollment in Free Courses
Venue for free courses: Accademia di Belle Arti, L’Aquila.
The free courses allow non-students of the Academy interested in certain artistic fields, to deepen their knowledge by attending the lessons of the chosen subject.
Registration for free courses must be made in accordance with the provisions of this Regulation.
Having ascertained the frequency of the free course chosen, for at least 70% of the total lesson hours, the Academy issues a certificate with the attribution of the academic credits obtained. This attestation is subject to verification, by means of a specific test, of the knowledge acquired, evaluated by a commission.
If the interested party, within the peremptory deadline of December 31st, asks to transform the attendance to the free course in registration and become a student of one of the diploma courses active at the Academy of Fine Arts of L’Aquila, the amount paid for attendance of free courses will be considered as an advance of the academic contribution due, according to the Regulations on student contribution. The student who asks to enroll in one of the academic diploma courses will in no case be refunded for the contribution paid for enrollment in the free course (or free courses), even if he / she is a member of the no tax area referred to in the Contribution Regulations of the students.
