Equipollence of degrees issued by Academies of Fine Arts

The law n.228, since December 24th, 2012, in order to increase the value of  the artistic and musical high Educational system and for the exclusive aim to get access to functional qualifications in the public sector, established that:

the first level Academic degrees issued  by Academies of Fine Arts are equipollent to the degrees  issued by the Universities belonging to Visual arts, Music, performing arts  and fashion courses (class L-3) as indicated in the Ministerial Decree March 16th, 2007.

1° level Equipollence

First-level Academic Degrees:

• DAPL01 Painting – I Level
• DAPL02 Sculpture – I Level
• DAPL03 Decoration – I Level
• DAPL04 Graphic – I Level
• DAPL04 Graphic – Comic and Illustration – I Level
• DAPL05 Scenography – I Level
• DAPL06 Fashion and Costume – I Level
• DAPL10 Education and Communication of Art – I Level
• DAPL11 Photography – I Level

are equivalent to a Bachelor Degree in
Visual, Music, Performance and Fashion Arts (Class L-3)
